REFIT Water Framework Directive
The European Commission released yesterday several studies that will be considered in the WFD REFIT evaluation.
The most awaited document is the report to the European Parliament and to the Council on the implementation of the Water Framework Directive (2000/60/EC) Second River Basin Management Plans and the First Flood Risk Management Plans under the Floods Directive (2007/60/EC).

A targeted stakeholders consultation will follow, up to the 22 March.
The Commission report on the evaluation is expected to be available by Autumn 2019.
