The top researchers and innovative experts of nutrient recovery and removal are joining forces on-line for IWA’s Nutrient Recovery & Removal virtual conference organized by Aalto University and HSY. That means that it is time to come and share thoughts and ideas in various workshops, learn new information from the presentations and interactive sessions and to get inspired by the great speakers!

This conference is the thirteenth in an annual series focusing on drinking water production, from source to tap.

The Forum will draw an audience of distinguished stakeholders in the water service sector to discuss the key role of high-quality water sector data as a basis for smart policies, strong utilities and sustainable services.

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the first edition of the Danube Water Forum on “The Importance of Water Sector Data in the Digital Age” to be held on 27-29 October, 2020.

Given the unpredictability of the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the event will go virtual, holding its premiere edition as a three-day series of webinars.

The German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety organises a conference which will discuss the need for action on adaptation and on a transformation to climate resilience; explore policy recommendations for EU activities to foster adaptation efforts in Member States and trans-boundary basins, and will provide input for updating the EU adaptation strategy.

DG Environment is organising the Second Annual Forum on Endocrine Disruptors on 19-20 November 2020. Due to the current pandemic, the event will take place virtually via webstream, but it will be an interactive conference with the possibility to ask questions or make comments.

The International Water Association is co-organizing the first IWA Digital Water Summit together with the Consorcio de Aguas Bilbao Bizkaia (regional water utility) and AEAS (Spanish Water Association of Water Supply and Sanitation), which will take place in Bilbao, Spain, 27-30 April 2020.
